Tricolor’s Power Evacuated Foreigners in Ukraine War’: MLA Sunil Soni Urges Youth for Viksit Bharat 2047

Under the banner of the Sewa Sankalp Abhiyan, a block-level speech and painting competition was hosted at the historic Government J.N. Pandey Higher Secondary School in Raipur. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and educators across the region, celebrating national achievements and student creativity. Former Member of Parliament and sitting MLA Sunil Soni attended as the Chief Guest, alongside Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District President Ramesh Singh Thakur.

Global Stature and National Resilience
Addressing the audience, MLA Sunil Soni emphasized India’s rising global influence and leadership under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He asserted that India has firmly stepped onto the path of becoming a Vishwaguru (global leader).
Illustrating India’s diplomatic weight during international crises, Soni highlighted the evacuation efforts during the Russia-Ukraine war:
“When conflict broke out between Russia and Ukraine, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s direct intervention ensured not only the safe evacuation of Indian students stranded in the war zone, but even foreign nationals—from Pakistan and Afghanistan—were able to navigate safely under the protection of the Indian Tricolor. This demonstrates the respect and strength of modern India on the world stage.”
Soni further recalled India’s decisive fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, pointing out how the nation developed two indigenous vaccines and supported global healthcare needs. Expressing confidence in the national roadmap, he reiterated that India will successfully fulfill all milestones outlined in the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
Following his address, Soni inspected the painting exhibition, commending the young artists for their visionary thinking and creative depth.
Nurturing Youth Potential
BJP District President Ramesh Singh Thakur spoke about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25-year journey of dedicated public service. Thakur emphasized the importance of block-level competitions in offering students a constructive platform to express their talent and hone public speaking skills.
Key Highlights of the Competition

Wide Reach: Selected student representatives from 85 school clusters across the block participated in the events.
Canvas of Progress: The painting competition featured artistic portrayals of major national themes, including Viksit Bharat 2047, Mann Ki Baat, Chandrayaan, water harvesting, and environmental protection.
Oratory Excellence: In the speech contest, students delivered insightful addresses on women empowerment and the strategic vision for India’s centenary of independence in 2047.

Acknowledgments and Organization
The program commenced with welcome addresses by Block Education Officer (BEO) Amit Tiwari and Urban Block Resource Coordinator Narendra Singh Thakur, who expressed gratitude to the dignitaries on behalf of the education department.
The event was successfully coordinated with key contributions from Assistant BEO Vandana Shukla, the Principal of J.N.
